The resulting temperature increase returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and triggers evaporation. This sophisticated process masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, achieving an exceptional level of energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the designated foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfectly leveled unit.
Subsequently, alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precision leveling, and proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
custom-manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. The contact surface must be immaculate, guaranteeing even contact across the inclined
plane. It's crucial that the load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's balance. Ensure the unit's axial level is set to an exact 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
leveling demands a precise 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to proceeding with alignment, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section meticulously;
4) Conduct a thorough check of the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) The motor's bolt hole must be sufficiently larger than the bolt size to allow for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and not comprise any attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the necessary brackets to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, targeting a maximum deviation of 0.05mm (ensuring the motor shaft center line is above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), with coupling end faces aligning within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for precision;
12) After a satisfactory motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation (or trial run), ensure the bolts are loosened and retightened.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage. Therefore, ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-conforming pipelines must be rectified. It is highly
suggested to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Properly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline linked to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supportive apparatus have been securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully hardened, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step marks the commencement of your journey towards maximizing efficiency and performance.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter range of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring is meticulously connected via threading pipes, all routed underground for safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, seamlessly link the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring a harmonious integration and operational excellence.
