As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam escalate, allowing it to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, fostering evaporation and enabling the astute recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

3.3.1 To initiate the setup, gracefully position the compressor base on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims underneath to achieve an impeccably level unit.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once leveled, secure them with precision spot welds at 4 to 5 points. Ensure the wedges are
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to your specific conditions. The contact surface must be flawlessly finished to guarantee even
contact on inclined planes. The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain perfection. The unit's leveling should adhere to these exacting standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm,
and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment by ensuring these prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Skillfully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane for purity — eliminate all debris and dirt;
5) Make certain the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, allowing for meticulous motor adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with ample and pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, ensuring they're flat and free of imperfections. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Leverage a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy for precise measurements (procured by the customer);
8) Gather the necessary bracket for dial indicator support as illustrated below;

9) Deploy the motor hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, letting the probe grace the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor's center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft line; coupling face should have a 0.03~0.05mm deviation.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and revisit both outer circle and face runout of the coupling for assured accuracy;
12) Once satisfied with the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-levelness and alignment verification of the casing, anchor bolts must be fastened. Following any mechanical or trial operations, bolts should be loosened and retightened for perfection.
3.3.5 With the impeller's high-speed prowess, any intrusion of solids or liquids could inflict irreversible harm. Thus, ensuring the cleanliness and steam corrosion-grade compliance of intake and outlet pipelines is crucial. Amend any non-compliant pipelines. We highly recommend integrating solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor's inlet.
This recommendation ensures optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.6 Implement the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with guidelines drawn from the PI diagram. Supporting pipelines must be held by separate brackets, never bearing their weight on the compressor itself for maximal efficiency and safety.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has reached full solidity, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test.
