Consequently, this heightened temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing further evaporation. This cycle ingeniously harnesses the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, embodying a marvel of energy recycling.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base integrally atop the foundation, skillfully placing wedge-shaped shims beneath to achieve perfect unit leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is flawlessly leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 strategic points.
These wedges should be custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to their unique circumstances, ensuring the contact surface is evenly finished,
allowing seamless contact of inclined planes. Remember, the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision in leveling. Meeting leveling standards, the unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable alignment.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment with meticulous centering. Before you embark on alignment, ensure these prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Secure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Disengage the coupling shield for accessibility;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane for perfect flatness, ensuring freedom from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed the bolt size, facilitating bolt loosening for effortless motor adjustment;
6) Secure ample stainless steel gaskets to envelop the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and devoid of attachments. Avoid using lengthy, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning a probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) By adeptly adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should be superior to the compressor low-speed shaft center line), coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, revisiting outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for verification;
12) Post motor idling test, reassemble the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are impeccably adjusted, secure the anchor bolts. After any mechanical operation (or trial phase), release and retighten the bolts for top-notch stability.
3.3.5 With its high-speed revolutions, the impeller demands protection from solids or liquids, which could inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting system-grade steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified.
Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically positioned before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with relevant accessories. The compressor body must not bear the weight of connected pipelines, which should be supported by a separate bracket.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan has been seamlessly paired with its finely-tuned ancillary equipment, and following the complete solidification of the robust concrete foundation, you are prepared to undertake the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that all components harmonize perfectly, delivering optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection journey from the compressor to this control hub should be meticulously secured by threading pipe, cleverly routed underground to maintain aesthetic and functional integrity. After positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure a seamless connection of its wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing impeccable control and efficiency in operation.
