Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Start by positioning the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to fine-tune and achieve precise leveling of the equipment.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for enhanced stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, ensure the wedges are securely spot welded at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal support.
The design and installation of the wedge should be tailored by the user, meticulously crafted to match the specific conditions. The contact surface must be finished to perfection, ensuring uniform engagement of the inclined plane.
Take note: the wedge iron must not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the exact horizontal plane. The unit's leveling standards demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm.
Additionally, ensure the horizontal level of the unit adheres to a strict 0.10/1000mm parameter.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment. Before initiating the alignment process, confirm the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to prevent any electrical hazards;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for uninhibited alignment flexibility;
4) Verify the planarity of the motor installation surface, ensuring it is devoid of debris, contaminants, and unwanted attachments;
5) The bolt holes on the motor must be larger than the bolts themselves, to allow for easy loosening and adjustment of the motor alignment;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to provide a stable footing for the motor. Ensure these gaskets are free from contaminants and are perfectly flat.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) which should be procured by the customer;
8) Arrange a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for positioning a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe strategically at the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is perfected, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then revisit and check the runout of the outer circle and coupling end face.;
12) Finally, reinsert the coupling's intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are optimized, fasten the anchor bolts firmly. After a test run, loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee steadfastness.
3.3.5 Keep the impeller immaculate—this high-velocity component is susceptible to irreversible damage by any foreign solid or liquid intrusions. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's specified steam corrosion grade. Pipelines failing this requirement necessitate immediate rectification.
Consider the integration of solid-liquid separation equipment such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees immediately before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes diligently. Install all pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram, ensuring the pipelines are independently braced and do not impose their weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete has reached complete solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For seamless integration and efficiency, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor.
