Subsequently, the enhanced steam is cycled back to the evaporator, heating materials and inducing evaporation. Thus, the ingenious recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is realized, delivering unparalleled energy efficiency.

This sophisticated system encompasses a meticulously designed compressor body, robust coupling, precision gearbox, efficient lubrication system, powerful motor, and a state-of-the-art electric instrument coupled with an anti-surge control system. Its compact structure ensures it is not only easy to maintain but also perfectly suited for seamless integration into your operations.
3.3.1 Begin by setting the compressor base perfectly on the prepared foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Position the wedge-shaped irons alternately for optimal stability. Once leveled, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember, these wedges should be
custom-crafted and installed by users based on their specific setup. Ensure that the contact surface is perfectly smooth, allowing even distribution of pressure.
The wedge iron should never bear a load exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a highly precise level to achieve perfect leveling. The exact leveling requirements are: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm for the unit.
Maintain these precise levels to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the unit.
3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure that you follow these critical prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely disconnected;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with caution;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's immaculate and devoid of any debris;
5) The motor bolt holes should be larger than the bolts to allow for effortless loosening and adjustment;
6) Prepare sufficient stainless steel gaskets that perfectly cover the motor's foot. These should be free from any attachments and perfectly leveled. Do not insert long, thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with a meticulous accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as per the schematic below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge, and place the indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation for outer circles should be 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line exceeds the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end faces should be within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Once aligned, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck for outer circle and end face alignment precision.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Post alignment of the casing: secure the anchor bolts firmly. Once mechanical operations are conducted, or after a trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure continued stability and security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a crucial high-speed component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are meticulously clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be promptly refurbished. We highlyrecommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's entrance for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for integrating relevant pipeline accessories. The connected pipeline should be supported by independent brackets, ensuring no undue weight is imposed on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully set, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures optimal functionality and performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and operation, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be stationed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring connection stretching from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be carefully threaded through a conduit that travels underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, ensure that the wiring terminals inside the cabinet are meticulously linked with the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a precise and reliable connection.
