Meanwhile, the rotor benefits from direct support via an oil film bearing, allowing for the realization of direct drive by the high-speed motor. This inventive design eliminates the need for a speed increasing box and coupling, enhancing the overall efficiency and operational smoothness of the compressor.
3.3.1 To ensure optimal installation, the compressor base must be meticulously placed on its foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base, which serve to finely tune the unit's level.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, then, once the unit is perfectly leveled, tactically spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges should be custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to your specific needs. Ensure the contact surfaces are smooth, providing a flawless, even connection on inclined planes.

3.3.2 Achieving a precise level is paramount. Employ a level to measure accuracy. The unit's axial level should be impeccably maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level requires a precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For perfect alignment, ensure the coupling is centered. Adhere to these preparatory steps before initiating alignment:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for utmost safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly check the flatness of the motor's installation plane, ensuring it is devoid of any debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to facilitate easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets ready to fully support the motor's feet, avoiding any thin or elongated gaskets that could compromise alignment;
7) Utilize precision instruments such as a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Equip a sturdy bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is crucial for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe rests accurately on the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts encircling the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centerlines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously check the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision;;
12) After a successful motor idling test, carefully re-install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, ensure the casing's levelness and alignment are impeccable. Firmly tighten the anchor bolts, perform a mechanical or trial operation, then re-tighten the bolts to reinforce stability.
3.3.5 Remember, the impeller is a high-speed component, vulnerable to irrevocable damage from foreign solids or liquids. Guarantee that inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Should any pipelines fall short, implement corrective measures, ideally incorporating solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach relevant pipeline accessories as specified in the PI diagram. Pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported independently, ensuring their weight is not borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully cured to perfection, you can confidently proceed to initiate the compressor operation test, ensuring a seamless and efficient start-up.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a proximate distance of 5 meters from the compressor itself. For optimal efficiency and safety, the wiring from the compressor to this control cabinet should be expertly routed through threading pipes, elegantly concealed underground. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a flawless and robust connection.
