Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, apply spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points to fix the wedges in place.
These wedges should be custom-fabricated and installed by the user to suit the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact with the inclined plane.

7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, measuring precisely to 0.01mm, as provided by the customer.
8) Set up the dial indicator support bracket as per the accompanying diagram for stability and accuracy.

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning the probe at the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for precision readings.
10) Adjust the motor feet’s bolts to ensure the compressor and motor center lines are perfectly aligned, maintaining a minuscule outer circle deviation.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle and end face runouts for assured precision.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post completion of 'levelness' and alignment adjustments, ensure the anchor bolts are tightened firmly. Post mechanical operation, loosen and retighten the bolts for lasting security.
3.3.5 The impeller is crafted for high-speed rotations; any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict severe damage. Ensure connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet to safeguard against potential contamination.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, incorporating appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure pipeline weight is independently supported, safeguarding the compressor body from undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its supporting equipment, is firmly installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, you may proceed with conducting the compressor's operational test. This is a crucial step to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the system in treating wastewater with precision.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a five-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly executed using threading pipes, which must be routed underground to avoid exposure. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, it is vital to integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet seamlessly with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring smooth communication and control.
