This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, while simultaneously elevating the steam's pressure and temperature. The resulting thermal elevation allows the revitalized secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it performs its duty of heating materials and inducing further evaporation. Through this remarkable process, the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam is adeptly recycled, epitomizing sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base must be meticulously positioned onto the foundation, supported by precisely placed wedge-shaped shims, which are essential for leveling the unit.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons as you level the unit, and then expertly spot weld these iron wedges in 4 to 5 strategic spots.
These wedges must be crafted and installed by the user to suit the specific conditions, ensuring seamless contact on the inclined plane for optimal stability.
Please ensure the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to establish perfect alignment. The unit's axial level must maintain a stringent 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must not exceed 0.10/1000mm.
Precision is key—ensuring the unit is impeccably leveled to meet these exacting standards.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling centering. Before initiating alignment, adhere to the essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris and contaminants.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts for easy adjustment.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's foot, ensuring they are pristine and flat, avoiding the use of long or thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (customer-provided) to achieve precision.
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to securely support the dial indicator as depicted below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, aligning the probe with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts strategically to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining an outer circle deviation within 0.05mm (ensuring the motor shaft center line is higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line), with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Upon perfecting the unit's "levelness" and alignment, meticulously tighten the anchor bolts. After the initial mechanical operation or trial run, repeat the tightening process to ensure lasting stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can lead to irreversible harm. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and meet the steam corrosion standards of the system. Pipelines falling short of these benchmarks must undergo immediate rectification.
For optimal protection, it is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by additional brackets, ensuring no undue weight is borne by the compressor itself.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This phase ensures that the Dynamic Watervapour Compressor, with its adept guide vane adjustment, is set to perform optimally for wastewater management.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be securely established using threading pipes that are directed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly positioned, the wiring terminals within should be seamlessly connected with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration for efficient control and operation of the system.
