3.3.1 Start by positioning the entire compressor base securely on its designated foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base—these are essential for achieving precise unit leveling.
Strategically arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit achieves perfect leveling, ensure the irons are spot welded at 4 to 5 strategic points for enhanced stability.
The user should craft and install these wedges tailored to specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished to guarantee a smooth, even engagement across the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain the unit's accuracy. Adhering to exacting standards, the axial level must not exceed 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal precision is capped at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling process demands meticulous centering. Prior to alignment, ensure these critical prerequisites are met:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for clear access;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for debris or obstructions;
5) The motor's bolt holes must be generously sized to allow for bolt looseness during adjustment;
6) Amass a sufficient quantity of stainless steel gaskets to underlay the motor feet, ensuring these gaskets are devoid of impurities and are perfectly flat. Refrain from using elongated or thin gaskets to wedge adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (sourced by the customer);
8) Equip a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designed to affix a dial indicator to the hub's edge, allowing for precise measurements on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines align closely. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure impeccable alignment;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and 'levelness' adjustments, fasten the anchor bolts firmly. After any operational or trial runs, it's prudent to loosen and then retighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, and any foreign solid or liquid incursion can inflict irreversible compressor damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards demand immediate rectification.Introducing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe is a recommended precaution.
3.3.6 Fit the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Install pertinent pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Support the connecting pipelines with separate brackets to avoid burdening the compressor body with their weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its associated equipment is complete, and the concrete has fully cured to ensure maximum stability and safety, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor to ensure optimal efficiency and control.
