This increase allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, promoting evaporation and enabling the reuse of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Slip wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling. These shims are crucial for adjusting the unit's level.
Carefully place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is level, secure the wedges with spot welding at 4 to 5 points for stability. Trust your craftsmanship;
these wedges should be tailored and installed by you to fit the specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surface is finished for flawless engagement of the inclined
plane. Each wedge iron must support no more than 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling using a reliable level. The axial level must maintain a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these exact standards for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Perfect the coupling alignment by ensuring all preconditions are met:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is pristine and free from contaminants;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently large, allowing easy adjustment by loosening the bolts;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet. These gaskets must be clean, unblemished, and flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets; they are unsuitable for adjustments between motor and base;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Secure a bracket for supporting the dial indicator as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe aligns with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Finely tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum deviation of just 0.05mm in the outer circle (ensure the motor shaft center line exceeds the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line), keeping coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate both the outer circle and coupling end face runout to ensure perfection,
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are dialed in, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial run), relax and retighten these bolts for reinforced assurance.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel; any intrusion by solids or liquids spells disaster. Maintain pristine conditions for the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring conformity to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant lines require immediate rectification. We recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) prior to the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the inlet and outlet pipes with the compressor. Follow the PI diagram for precise accessory installation. Use an independent support bracket for the pipeline, never burdening the compressor body with any weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment is complete, and the concrete foundation has fully set, it is time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This phase not only validates the robust engineering but also marks a significant milestone in your journey towards achieving peak operational efficiency.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor is ideally positioned within a convenient 5-meter distance from the compressor itself. For optimal performance and safety, the wiring should be meticulously connected using threading pipe that is routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring an efficient and reliable operation.
