Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For optimal performance, place the compressor base directly on the foundation. Enhance stability by inserting wedge-shaped shims under the base to ensure precise leveling.
Position these wedges alternately and, upon achieving level alignment, secure them with spot welding at 4 to 5 points. The wedges, tailored to your specific installation conditions, ensure a flawless contact surface.
Crafted by the user for a perfect fit, the contact surfaces must be finished meticulously to guarantee even contact of inclined planes.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The axial level should not exceed 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm for optimal setup.
This ensures your unit operates smoothly and efficiently.

3.3.3 To perfectly align the coupling, ensure all preliminary requirements are met before proceeding with the process:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for precise alignment;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for debris or anything that might hinder proper fitting;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to allow easy adjustments during alignment;
6) Have a substantial supply of stainless steel gaskets for the motor foot. These must be clean and flat to maintain stability during operation—avoid using long or thin gaskets.
7) Employ a high-accuracy dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a precision of 0.01mm, for precise alignment.
8) Secure the dial indicator with a bracket, as depicted in the accompanying diagram, for stability during measurement.

9) Attach the motor hub mounting bracket to place the dial indicator probe accurately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for exact measurements.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet meticulously so that the compressor and motor centerlines align perfectly. Ensure a maximum deviation of the outer circle at 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should measure between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts and recheck both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for any discrepancies.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idle test to ensure alignment integrity.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts firmly. After a trial run of the mechanical operation, retighten the bolts to maintain rigidity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a crucial high-speed component, must remain clear of any solid or liquid to prevent damage. Confirm that all inlet and outlet pipelines meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
To enhance protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Align these with the PI diagram specifications. Additionally, support any connected pipelines with independent brackets to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation and solidification of the main fan and auxiliary equipment, proceed with the compressor operation test to ensure everything functions seamlessly.
