The fundamental principle is elegantly simple yet profoundly impactful: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator undergoes compression using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure propel the steam back to the evaporator, heating materials and inducing evaporation, thus creating a seamless cycle. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the robust compressor base integrally on the designated foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Meticulously position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is expertly leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedge-irons at multiple strategic points, typically 4 to 5, ensuring unparalleled stability.
These critical wedges should be crafted and installed with precision by the user, tailored to the specific requirements of the actual situation, ensuring a flawless, even contact surface.
The inclined plane must exhibit exceptional evenness, with a maximum bearing capacity of the wedge iron reaching no greater than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to find the perfect balance. For optimal performance, the leveling requirements of the unit demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
The unit must meet these exacting standards to ensure seamless operation.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering by adhering to the following alignment prerequisites:
1) Safely switch off the main power supply to prevent electrical hazards;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care for easy access;
3) Gently disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, ensuring no damage to components;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor's installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is pristine and devoid of any unwanted debris or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments as needed;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are free from attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a state-of-the-art dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe expertly on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By deftly adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor centerlines to near-perfection. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face should maintain a deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Conduct a meticulous review of the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for flawless operation;;
12) Conclusively, re-install the coupling intermediate section post the motor's idle running test, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, proceed to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical or trial operation, loosen and then retighten the bolts to guarantee enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed rotating element, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion which could inflict irreversible damage. Hence, it is critical to ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and in strict compliance with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fall short of these standards must undergo rectification. It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for optimal protection.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring the proper integration of relevant pipeline accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. The pipelines attached to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring that their weight is not borne by the compressor body, maintaining structural integrity and performance efficiency.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation of the main fan and its vital ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is seamlessly integrated and functioning at peak efficiency, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electrical control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring from the compressor to this control cabinet should be securely connected using threading pipes, which are elegantly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is meticulously positioned, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration and communication.
