The fundamental principle revolves around compressing the secondary steam, which is generated by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resultant temperature rise allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, thereby heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This ingenious approach facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, showcasing an exemplary model of energy efficiency and resourcefulness.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling. These shims are essential for ensuring the unit's stability and must be strategically placed.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve optimal leveling. Once the unit is perfectly aligned, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at four to five points to secure them firmly in place.
The wedge-shaped irons should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions at the site. The contact surface must be meticulously finished to ensure even contact, as any discrepancies could affect performance.
The inclined plane must support a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm² to maintain structural integrity.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to confirm the unit's alignment. The unit must meet exacting leveling standards: the axial level is required to be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
These stringent leveling requirements ensure optimum performance and longevity of the compressor unit.

3.3.3 For coupling centering, adhere to the following preliminary steps to guarantee a precise alignment:
1) First, ensure the main power supply is completely switched off to avert any electrical hazards.
2) Remove the coupling shield carefully to access the coupling mechanism.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling to facilitate alignment.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from any foreign materials, debris, or attachments.
5) The motor's bolt holes must be larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment of the motor position.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, as compromised gaskets can impact alignment accuracy.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to achieve impeccable alignment precision.
8) Set up the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure, ensuring stability during measurement.

9) Attach the motor hub mounting bracket, positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge to measure the compressor wheel hub's outer edge with precision.
10) Adjust the surrounding adjustment bolts on the motor feet to bring the compressor and motor center lines into alignment. The deviation for the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, while the motor shaft center line must be positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Once alignment is verified, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the runout of both the outer circle and the end face of the coupling.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, re-install the coupling intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling adjustments, ensure that the anchor bolts are firmly tightened. After conducting mechanical operations or trial runs, it's crucial to loosen and then re-tighten these bolts to maintain optimal stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a precision high-speed component. To prevent irrevocable damage, ensure no solid or liquid substances enter the impeller. Cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines must meet the specified steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected, and it's recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The installation must adhere to the PI diagram, with related pipeline accessories. It's imperative that the pipeline is independently supported and not allowed to exert weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment are expertly installed, and the concrete foundation has reached its full strength and solidity, you're ready to initiate the thrilling compressor operation test. This pivotal moment ensures everything is in place for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipes to protect the wiring, expertly routed underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless integration for a seamless operation.
