Once elevated, this enhanced steam is channeled back into the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials, prompting further evaporation. The ultimate result? Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin the installation process, position the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. After ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedge according to specific site conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for complete contact of inclined planes.
Additionally, guarantee that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed the limit of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve impeccable leveling. The unit's axial level precision is 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level accuracy is set at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precision is key when centering the coupling. Prior to initiating the alignment, ensure all the following prerequisites are rigorously met:
1) The primary power supply must be securely turned off.
2) Disassemble the coupling shield for enhanced access.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure that motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, facilitating bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Accumulate an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. These gaskets must be devoid of contaminants and maintain perfect flatness.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, ensuring a precision of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying schematic.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement, enabling precise readings on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor's feet bolts adeptly to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation remains within 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, install the intermediate section of the coupling.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, reinforce the casing's levelness and alignment by tightening the anchor bolts. After any mechanical or trial operations, re-loosen, then re-tighten all bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 Protection of the impeller, a high-speed rotational component, is imperative. Prevent intrusion of any solid or liquid substances, which can cause detrimental damage. Ensure clean, compliant inlet and outlet pipelines, aligning with steam corrosion-grade requirements.
For non-compliant pipelines, incorporate advanced solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure pipeline accessories adhere to the PI diagram. Support pipelines independently with external brackets, ensuring no strain on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, the compressor operation test can be initiated with confidence, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
3.3.8 To maintain optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the unit. The connection from the compressor to this control cabinet should be carefully installed using underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, efficiently link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
