7) Utilize precision instruments such as a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an exactitude of 0.01mm, personally acquired to ensure utmost accuracy;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket, as illustrated below, to support the dial indicator;

9) Employ a motor hub mounting bracket for positioning the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, setting the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft should slightly exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, revisiting and verifying the outer circle and end face runout for impeccable alignment;;
12) After successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling’s intermediate section meticulously.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial run, relearn and retighten for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a swiftly rotating marvel, demands an immaculate environment where no solids or liquids intrude, to prevent harm. Ensure all connected pipelines are pristine and meet steam corrosion standards, rectifying any that falter.
Implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor’s inlet to safeguard its function.
3.3.6 Thoughtfully install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to PI diagrams for proper pipeline accessory placement. Ensure pipelines are independently supported, never burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the central fan and its supplementary devices are securely installed and the concrete has thoroughly hardened, it's time to initiate the thrilling operation test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures optimal functionality and performance for your peace of mind.
3.3.8 Strategically place the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by threading the wiring through a protective pipe that runs underground. Once your electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, expertly link the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
