This innovative approach enables the steam to serve as a reboiler heat source at the tower's base, ingeniously recycling the latent heat of the steam from the tower top and boosting overall efficiency.
Direct compression heat pump distillation transforms the tower top vapor phase into a powerful working fluid. By utilizing an external steam compressor, it elevates the energy level of the vapor phase at the tower top, creating a high-temperature heat source for the reboiler at the bottom. This method, illustrated in the figure below, is ideal for separation systems where the temperature difference and boiling points between the tower top and bottom are minimal, ensuring seamless and efficient separation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on a meticulously prepared foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit. These shims are essential for achieving the perfect balance.
Carefully alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points to lock them in place.
Users should craft and install the wedges tailored to their specific situation, ensuring that the contact surface is expertly finished for flawless engagement of the inclined plane.
It's imperative that the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm², maintaining safety and structural integrity.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The unit's leveling requirements are crucial: the axial level should be 0.05mm per 1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10mm per 1000mm for optimal performance.
Ensure these precise measurements are met to guarantee the highest efficiency.

3.3.3 Aligning the coupling with precision is vital. Before commencing, confirm the following critical prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure a safe working environment;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to prepare for alignment;
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and any obstructions;
5) The motor bolt openings should be sufficiently larger than the bolts to allow for easy adjustments;
6) Accumulate ample stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. These must be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of lengthy, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment tool, prepared by the customer, with precision up to 0.01mm.
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise measurement at the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to achieve near-perfect alignment of the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, and the coupling end face is between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) After confirming alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and rigorously inspect the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Reassemble the coupling intermediate section post successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the unit is precisely leveled and aligned, fasten the anchor bolts firmly. Post-trial operation or mechanical run, these bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure long-term stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, demands the utmost caution. Any ingress of solid or liquid can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards.
For added protection, it is prudent to install solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, incorporating all necessary pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline is supported by an independent bracket, avoiding any load on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Following the complete installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment, and after ensuring the concrete has thoroughly set, you are poised to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For seamless integration, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be elegantly routed through a threading pipe system, discreetly placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, expertly link the wiring terminals within it to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring a flawless and efficient operational setup.
