The core principle of this technology is the compression of secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure enable the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and facilitates evaporation, thus achieving the recycling of latent heat from the vaporization of the secondary steam. This innovative approach not only boosts efficiency but is also a hallmark of sustainable industrial processes.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be gracefully positioned on the foundation, adorned with wedge-shaped shims beneath (to meticulously adjust the unit's level).
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is elegantly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4~5 points. The wedge should be
created and installed by the user to suit the unique situation, ensuring the contact surface is finished for even distribution (inclined planes
in perfect harmony, with a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to find true perfection. Unit leveling precision: axial level at 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling alignment. Before embarking on alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for flawless flatness, free of any debris or unwanted elements;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for effortless adjustments;
6) Prepare an abundance of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, ensuring cleanliness and perfect fit. Avoid thin, elongated gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with precision up to 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Ready a bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for a dial indicator on the hub's edge, and position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's perimeter;
10) By adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines (or as per instructions), with a maximal deviation of 0.05mm (motor shaft center should ideally be above the compressor's low-speed shaft), and coupling end face tolerances of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts, reassess the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face alignment;
12) Reattach the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of levelness and casing alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened. Following mechanical or trial operations, bolts should be released and retightened for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection against any intruding solid or liquid that could fatally damage the compressor. Ensure all connected pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be updated. Adding solid-liquid separation equipment (like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet is
recommended for optimal functionality.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow PI diagram specifications for pipeline accessories, ensuring all pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported to prevent added strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, and once the concrete has fully set, you are ready to embark on the operational testing phase of the compressor. This crucial step ensures everything is in optimal condition for outstanding performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5m radius of the compressor. Utilize underground threading pipes to securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet, ensuring a seamless and tidy installation. Once placed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing an efficient and reliable operation.
