The core principle involves the compression of secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, utilizing a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This heightened steam is then recycled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials to generate evaporation, thus achieving the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. To ensure perfect leveling, slip wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember,
these wedges should be manufactured and fitted by the user, tailored to the specific environment, ensuring that the surfaces make even contact (consistently
supporting the inclined plane). Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision. The unit must meet leveling requirements: the axial level of the unit should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should maintain at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Align the coupling with meticulous care. Before starting, ensure the following:
1) Power down the main supply completely.
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section.
4) Verify that the motor installation surface is entirely free of foreign materials, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustments.
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's base. Gaskets must be attachment-free and perfectly flat; avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with accuracy of 0.01mm, as supplied by the customer.
8) Ready the bracket needed to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram.

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designed for positioning a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge and placing a probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Ensure the coupling end face measures between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and re-examining the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once you've adjusted the casing's levelness and alignment, ensure that all anchor bolts are firmly secured. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel, hence any solid or liquid matter entering could inflict irreversible harm on the compressor. It is imperative to ascertain that both the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines falling short of this standard must be rectified. It is essential,
to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories according to the PI diagram. It's vital that the weight of the pipeline is borne by a separate bracket, not the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its supportive ancillary equipment are artfully installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidity, the exhilarating moment for a compressor operation test can finally begin. This marks a significant milestone in ensuring the flawless functionality and efficiency of our product.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor should take its place no further than 5 meters from the compressor itself. The connection journey from the compressor to this control hub should be elegantly accomplished using threading pipes that travel beneath the ground's surface. Upon the strategic positioning of the electric control cabinet, seamlessly connect its wiring terminals to the lines interfacing with the remote DCS, ensuring a smooth and integrated electrical communication network.
