Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is expertly integrated onto the foundation, with precision placement of wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect unit level adjustment.
Alternate placement of the wedge-shaped irons is essential. Once perfect leveling is achieved, secure these with spot welding at 4-5 points for optimal stability.
Users should custom manufacture and install the wedge as per real-world conditions, ensuring the finished contact surface is impeccably smooth for even contact of the inclined plane.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to confirm the balance. The unit's axial level requirement stands at an exacting 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve meticulous coupling alignment by ensuring the following preconditions:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane flatness, ensuring it is impeccably clean, devoid of any debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) The motor bolt hole must be generously sized than the bolt itself, allowing for bolt loosening to finely adjust the motor position.
6) Stock up on an ample supply of flat, stainless steel gaskets, free of any attachments, ensuring motor foot coverage without resorting to long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be sourced by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket as illustrated below, to support the dial indicator.

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket. Place the dial indicator on the hub's edge, and position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise readings.
10) Finely tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains within 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and verify the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling meticulously.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing is perfected, anchor bolts must be tightened. After mechanical operation or trial operation, re-tighten these bolts to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is critical to prevent any solid or liquid ingress that could inflict irreversible damage. Maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring they comply with the system's steam corrosion grade.
In cases of non-compliance, rectify by adding solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precise adherence to the PI diagram, ensuring pipelines are supported independently of the compressor body, maintaining integrity.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation of the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has reached full solidification, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that everything is set up flawlessly for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a proximity of 5 meters from the compressor itself. For seamless connectivity, utilize a threading pipe to facilitate the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is routed underground for protection and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to guarantee smooth and coordinated operations.
