The core principle involves a sophisticated process where the secondary steam, originally generated by the evaporator, undergoes compression through a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced steam is then cyclically returned to the evaporator to facilitate the heating of materials, inducing evaporation. This smart recycling method enables the reutilization of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, embodying an exemplary model of sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level and stability. These shims should be carefully positioned in an alternating pattern.
Once the unit is perfectly leveled, reinforce the stability by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. It's important to note that
the manufacturing and installation of the wedges should be tailored by the user to best fit the existing conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact
on the inclined plane, and remember that the load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to verify the unit's alignment. The leveling requirements are stringent: the unit's axial level should be within 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal alignment should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures optimal performance and longevity of the Premium Steam Compressor.

3.3.3 Ensuring proper coupling calibration is crucial. Prior to commencing alignment, adhere to the following preparatory steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield to provide access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assess the motor installation plane for flatness, making certain it's free from debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Verify that the motor's bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a customer-supplied laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm precision for accurate readings;
8) Ready a bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator to the hub's edge, with its probe placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align closely, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly, reviewing the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision;
12) Once alignment is confirmed, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-alignment and 'levelness' adjustment of the casing, it's vital to secure the anchor bolts. After trial or mechanical operation, loosen and retighten these bolts to maintain optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation makes it susceptible to damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Therefore, ensuring that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards is critical. Any pipelines falling short must be promptly rectified. We highly
recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, it's essential to adhere to the PI diagram guidelines, ensuring all necessary pipeline accessories are in place. The pipeline should be independently supported, with its weight not borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and once the concrete has solidified with utmost firmness, you are ready to proceed with the compressor's operation test. 3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within an optimal distance of 5 meters from the compressor itself.
