At its core lies a sophisticated principle: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed by a highly efficient steam compressor. This process effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam rise, enabling the steam to return to the evaporator. Here, it heats the materials, spurring further evaporation and ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This cycle not only saves energy but also drives forward sustainable practices.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled, secure the irons by spot welding them at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability and precision.
Craft and install the wedge according to specific needs, with a flawlessly finished contact surface ensuring even connection across the inclined plane.
Note that the wedge iron's load capacity must not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve flawless alignment. The leveling criteria are: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure the unit's balance with these meticulous standards for optimal functionality.

3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling by meeting the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for clear access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flawlessly flat and free of any foreign substances, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing bolts to be loosened for precise motor adjustments.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor's footing. Ensure these gaskets are pristine and uniform, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (procured by the customer).
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise readings.
10) By adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines with utmost accuracy. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review both the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout to ensure precision.;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the unit's 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial operations, release and then retighten the bolts for secure operation.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, making it vulnerable to damage from any solids or liquids that enter. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any pipelines that fall short of these standards.
It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be fitted with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. Support the pipeline connected to the compressor with a separate bracket, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to conduct a comprehensive operation test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For seamless and efficient control, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, which should be elegantly encased within a threading pipe, must extend underground for protection and efficiency. After positioning the electric control cabinet, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS to ensure smooth operation and communication.
